Performance Marketing

Performance marketing was primarily through Meta and Google Ads, with a lower-funnel focus on driving new purchases. By setting up conversion tracking for different product types, I was able to improve overall CAC by 20%.

To diversify spend away from Meta and Google to find additional audiences, I led testing into additional channels like Reddit and Apple Search Ads.

I also spearheaded the A/B testing strategy to make sure our targeting strategy and creative designs were getting the best results possible.

CRM and Lifecycle Marketing

With a free product and seamless signup process, vidIQ had a huge pool of existing users to make the most of.

By onboarding a new CRM tool (Iterable), I was able to re-design their existing user lifecycle flows like welcome drip, re-engagement, and abandoned cart, as well as adding in additional personalization and segmentation.

Cross-Channel

  • Cross-channel, I led an A/B testing strategy for paid media channels, email, and website

  • Wrote marketing copy for ad campaigns, emails, and website

  • Did reporting and analysis of marketing metrics across channels
